Who are we looking for?
We need people for various functions, many of which require a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Experience is important, but not necessary. We are looking for people who are responsible, structured, analytical and thorough. You should also be good at communicating and building relationships. In some positions, a commercial background will be a clear advantage. Your ability to take the initiative and be a self-starter is valued in our organisation, because we have clear ambitions for growth.
