Technical service

The technical service function is an import part of our customer service. Through a single point of contact, we support our customers on a range of issues, including specifications, method of analysis, stability data and production-related issues. Acting on the customer’s behalf towards Weifa’s organization, professional handling of any complaints is a key priority. We also assist in arranging audits.
